PaletteAdorn is a brand dedicated to the production of carefully crafted and curated Washi tapes. This decorative and versatile masking tape, has gained popularity for its aesthetic appeal and multipurpose use, featuring an array of brightly coloured patterns. Often used for paper craft projects, such as bookbinding, scrapbooking or journaling, but there are many other creative ways to use it around the home. The brand combines functionality with aesthetics by offering simple ways for individuals to express their creativity and add personal touch to various aspects of their lives.

For this project I wanted to challenge myself with a minimal packaging design that can be versatile enough to complement while still showcase a set of intricate designs presented. This was an exploration in creating a visual story — something not just compelling for the current collection but adaptable and marketable for the diverse range of products PaletteAdorn has to offer. The idea for this project came from an interest in pattern design making, and the use of colour combinations to evoke different feelings.
